The sale of my mother’s house was non-lineal and there was a long period of time and sequence of events where the family thought it would not go to market, and Eric helped me with timely advice and actions, such as scheduling inspections and house prep decisions, when there was no commission forthcoming! He was just helping me, and I needed help! He would answer the phone, return my e-mails, etc. And then, boom, once we decided to go to market, he had the contractor’s there, showed great patience with family dynamics, and brought the ball over the goal line. Eric is a stellar agent and human, and working with him was not only easy but fun and that's rarely what you hear about when you are selling your house (and on a tight timeline with changing/challenging market conditions). When I started the process, I interviewed 2 'prominent' teams of folks local to Marin, but each of those firms asked me, without seeing my house, to invest upwards of $75K in home improvements. Moreover, I had to go through very generic sales pitches with folks who just wanted to get the deal versus truly helping me achieve my goal of selling my home.
